Each item has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. It is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C.

The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.

The stylish brushed steel exterior of this set contrasts beautifully with the black interior.

Riveted handles transfer very little heat and the stylish steel lid (where applicable) with its glass centre is also oven proof to 260°C.
