Any item can be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt unused and in original perfect condition. Please state clearly with any returns the reason and relevant order number, along with your full name and address. Any faulty items should be notified to our sales team on orders@firstireland.com, and they will advise on the returns procedure. It is helpful to include any images of fault/delivery damage, which will speed up the process.

All shipping costs will only be refunded to our customer if there is a fault/error/damage with the ordered item(s). A restocking charge of 20% of the order value will apply, if the item is a special order piece which has been correctly delivered.
