Our brewing process ensures optimal development of the coffee flavour and thus excellent coffee enjoyment. Thanks to the pre-infusion function, the freshly ground coffee powder is dampened briefly before the actual brewing process, i.e. before your coffee is brewed with a perfectly adjusted contact time between the water and coffee.

Coffee Enjoyment - Original Preparation

Thanks to the pre-infusion function, the freshly ground coffee powder is dampened briefly before the actual brewing process to achieve optimum development of the coffee flavour. The “Italian Preparation Process” additionally ensures a particularly authentic taste as the ingredients are combined in the right order using the original Italian recipe. This means that, for latte macchiato, the espresso is added after the milk and the milk froth. For cappuccino, it is exactly the opposite.

Latte Perfection System

Frothed twice, twice as delicious: the LATTEperfection system makes milk froth wishes come true at the push of a button. Unlike other currently available integrated milk circuits, this system froths the milk twice. The result is wonderfully fine milk froth at just the right temperature.

Extra Large Coffee Enjoyment

In addition to the brewing strength (three settings) and the grinding fineness (five settings), you can also adjust the temperature and coffee quantity to your individual taste and, also during dispensing if required. The Latticia® OT has a removable extra large water tank (1.5 l) and an extra large bean container (250 g) for plenty of coffee enjoyment. Despite being just 20 cm wide, this automatic coffeemaker also has enough space to easily prepare and enjoy two cups of coffee with or without milk at the same time by using the “Double Cup” function.
