Stews, stir-fry and sauce dishes are optimally heated up to the edge and kept warm. The stainless steel handles remain cool even at high temperatures and are therefore pleasant to handle. The closed rim without sharp edges makes it easier to pour sauces.

Allow the chef's pan to cool for a few minutes before cleaning. Then wash with washing-up liquid and dry carefully or clean in the dishwasher. If the cookware is very dirty, soak it in warm water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning. Never fill hot products with cold water or immerse them in cold water. Limescale deposits and stains can be easily cleaned with Kuhn Rikon SWISS CLEANER cleaning paste.
