Global GS-14 Scalloped 15cm Utility Knife

The GS-14 is basically the GS-11 with large serrations in the blade. A multi function knife, the serrations allow the utility knife to cut through tougher materials such as bread or allow it to be used with fruits and vegetables with thick skins and soft centres. The knife has a medium sized blade meaning that it will be used often and makes a great addition to any set without a bread knife or just for those who do not use bread knives very often and need something to make do.
