The Zyliss blend and mix dispenser is perfect for making batter for pancakes, waffles and yorkshire puddings. The mixing jug features measurement markings so separate weighing is not required.

The mixing handle when used twists the paddle to mix all of the ingredients together into a smooth consistency which can then be dispensed into a hot pan or waffle maker from the bottom of the jug by the press of a button for controlled portions.
