• USE & CARE

  • Wash the pan prior to using for the first time. 
  • Use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth or brush. 
  • Leave to soak to remove stuck on food residue. 
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scourers.
  • Try to match the base of the pan to a similar size ring on the hob.
  • Never place an empty pan on direct heat. 
  • Beware of overheating. 
  • Use only fats and oils that are suitable for high temperatures to avoid burning and sticking
  • Misuse will invalidate the guarantee - overheating or burnt-in residues are not covered
