| Order procedure
Shortly after you place your order we will send you an order confirmation, which will contain details of your order, shipping charges, delivery address and any gift message. We will also give you an estimated delivery time of any goods which are temporarily out of stock.
Christmas & Thanksgiving Orders
Christmas and Thanksgiving are very busy times of the year. We would therefore appreciate your co-operation in placing your orders in advance to ensure that your purchases arrive in good time. Please use the following guidelines for delivery:
Thanksgiving - please order before October 1st
Christmas - please order before November 14th
Any orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed, although we will try our best to ensure delivery when possible.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Prior to First Ireland's acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion of it for any reason - even after your receipt of an order confirmation from First Ireland. We also reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. |
