Royal Albert Tableware

Royal Albert Tableware
Royal Albert can trace its roots to 1896 when Thomas Wild and Co. acquired Albert Works, a factory named in commemoration of the birth of Prince Albert. The company initially specialized in making bone china tea and breakfast sets. The company was given a boost when English royalty chose the company to produce memorial pieces for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. Thomas Clarke Wild's two sons succeeded him, and continued his vision of quality craftsmanship and innovation.
